MONDAY FEBRUARY 9, 2026-NOMINATION PAPERS AVAILABLE AT C-O-MM FIRE DISTRICT PRUDENTIAL OFFICE
Candidates may pick up nomination papers at the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire District Prudential Office, 1875 Falmouth Road, Centerville, MA 02632 beginning on Monday February 9, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Candidates taking out papers shall fill out a Nomination Acknowledgement form with their name, address, phone number and email address, as well as the position they would like to run for.
There are three positions up for election in 2026: One (1) Prudential Committee member for a three (3) year term, one (1) Fire Commissioner for a three (3) year term, and one (1) Water Commissioner for a three (3) year term.
Candidates must collect signatures of at least fifty (50) registered Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills Fire District voters to be nominated. They must sign their nomination papers for their name to appear on the ballot.
FRIDAY MARCH 27, 2026: NOMINATION PAPERS DUE TO BARNSTABLE REGISTRAR OF VOTERS
Nomination papers must be filed with the Town of Barnstable Registrar of Voters (Town Clerk’s Office, 367 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601) by 4:30 PM on March 27, 2026.
FRIDAY APRIL 10, 2026: NOMINATION PAPERS DUE TO FIRE DISTRICT CLERK
Candidates must pick up their nomination papers from the Town Clerk’s office once the signatures have been certified and deliver them to the C-O-MM Fire District Clerk at the Prudential Office (1875 Falmouth Rd, Centerville, MA 02632) on or before 4:00 PM, Friday April 10, 2026.
